A Message From Community Hospice
Community Hospice is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our community at large. Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) and how it’s impacting our communities. For Community Hospice, that means understanding how it affects our patients and families, staff, volunteers, healthcare partners, customers and community members. Your safety is at the center of all our conversations and we are making necessary adjustments to our operations in response to the COVID-19 virus.
As the situation evolves, we are committed to our mission and will continue to provide services and support to our community in their time of need. Our Community Hospice staff and volunteers takes the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our patients, families and community members.
Thank you for all that you do to support our patient, families and one another. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office at 209.578.6300.
