Community Hospice: Quality of Life Hospice Clinical Conference

Course Description

This course is designed to education the healthcare community on end-of-life care trends and to serve as a refresher course for those experienced with end-of-life issues. Lectures will be the primary teaching technique.

Continuing Education Details

RN/LVN/HHA/CNA

Provider approved by the California Board for Registered Nursing, Provider No. CEP6818 for four (4) contact hours per session.

Registration Information

Conference size is limited to the first 125 participants. Please register early.

This course offers two sessions. Cost is $45 per session or $80 for full course per participant.

Course Fee Includes:

SESSION A: Continental breakfast, syllabus and Continuing Education Units

SESSION B: Afternoon refreshments, syllabus and Continuing Education Units

*Full course attendees will also receive lunch

Payment in full due when registration form is submitted. An email confirmation will be sent if an email address is provided upon registration.

If written cancellation is received 10 days prior to the conference, a full refund will be returned within 30 days. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the course.
