Community Hospice & Health Services (CHHS) proudly serves a wide region across Northern California, providing compassionate care in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Merced, Calaveras, Mariposa, and Tuolumne counties. In addition to these core areas, we also extend our services to parts of Contra Costa, Sacramento, Alameda, and Santa Clara counties.
