“Community Hospice is very honored to have been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in the Central Valley for four consecutive years,” said C. DeSha McLeod, President/CEO of Community Hospice. “Our employees are essential to our organization and our community at large. It is only because of our dedicated staff that Community Hospice is able to provide compassionate and quality care to our community members in their time of need. Our employee satisfaction is very important to us and we feel it’s crucial that we encourage a safe and healthy work environment where our employees are able to feel valued and grow.
