Family Tree Decorating Ceremony – Facility & ACHH

As the holiday season arrives, it is a time to reflect on
our loved ones who are no longer with us. Please join
us for our 20th Annual Community Hospice & Health
Services Family Tree Decorating Ceremony.

This evening will provide you an opportunity to honor your loved
one in a very special way and celebrate with those
close to you the beautiful memories that forever live.
Attendees will be provided a beautiful personalized
commemorative ornament inscribed with your loved
ones name. During our ceremony participants will place
the ornament on our tree after the reading of your loved
ones name.

Following the ceremony, the decorated
family tree will be placed in our lobby throughout the
holiday season to honor our hospice loved ones.
After the first of the year, your personalized ornament
will be available for you to pick up from our main office,
to become a permanent addition to your own family
celebrations for years to come.
