Community Hospice & Health Services Foundation
The Community Hospice & Health Services (CHHS) Foundation is a charitable organization established in 2001 to raise funds and awareness for Community Hospice & Health Services, the oldest and largest nonprofit hospice and support service organization serving the greater Central Valley.
Our commitment is to support core hospice, palliative care, bereavement and mental health support services including charity care, education and additional resources provided by CHHS to patients, their families and the community.

Charity Care
In keeping with our mission, we believe everyone deserves dignity and peace at the end of life. Over $500,000 dollars a year is spent to assist our friends and neighbors in communities throughout the Central Valley receiving support through CHHS programs. Your donation helps us provide compassionate care to those who need it most. Programs include hospice, palliative care, hospice family grief support, pediatric care, metal health support services and more.
Private insurance coverage, Medi-Cal and Medicare help with the cost of care, but not everyone who needs our support has insurance coverage, or the funds to cover their services provided. CHHS has provided care to many patients and families who are uninsured or unable to pay for more than 45 years because our mission is to enhance quality of life for all.
