Community Hospice & Health Services is dedicated to ensuring our community members have access to care and resources when needed most. Reimbursement for services varies based on the selected program and each participant’s coverage. Most insurance companies reimburse Community Hospice & Health Services directly; however, not all plans provide full coverage for care services provided.
